INTERVIEW SIGNUP:

Candidates will meet recruiters and sign up for interviews on:
Saturday, October 26, 2024
Time: 8:45 AM - 10:30 AM (Bangkok Time)
Location: Crystal Ballroom, Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom

INTERVIEWS WITH SCHOOLS

Interviews will be conducted on October 26 and 27, 2024, as scheduled by the schools. Schools will communicate their interview schedules to candidates.

 

CANDIDATE AND RECRUITER CHECK-IN

Candidates and Recruiters must check in before the Fair to collect their name badge from the GRC Helpdesk in the hotel lobby

  • Friday - October 25, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Bangkok Time)

  • Saturday - October 26, 2024 from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM (Bangkok Time)

  • Candidates are encouraged to check in on Friday

 

IMPORTANT: Candidates are required to wear their name badge at all times. Candidates without an ID badge will not be permitted.

BANGKOK FAIR IN-PERSON CANDIDATE COACHING: The GRC invites candidates to sign up for a personalized coaching session to support them as they seek their next position.

  • Register here for In-Person Coaching in Bangkok on Friday - October 25, 2024, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM (Bangkok Time). School leaders will lead the coaching session.

  • This is a free service.​

 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • GRC will not provide any meals.

  • GRC will not provide parking at the Holiday Inn Silom.

  • We are a Green Fair (paperless). No Fair printouts will be distributed.

  • You can print and bring copies of your resume and the interview organizer sheet. Candidates can use the business center at the hotel for printing.

  • GRC Fair Bangkok and Dubai Floor Plans. (The GRC floor plans for Bangkok and Dubai are subject to change and will be updated weekly until the fair dates. Page 1 contains the Bangkok floor plan, and Page 2 features the Dubai floor plan.)

  • During the Fair, candidates should communicate with recruiting schools via email. There are no mailboxes. Recruiter emails are available in the GRC database.

  • You will receive a Username and Password for Wifi access at the Holiday Inn Silom.
